These terms and conditions govern your use of this Website ("Tendermines.com") owned Vsupport Pvt. Ltd. Please read through this document carefully. If you do not agree with the Terms, do not use this Website. If you do use the Website, your conduct indicates that you agree to be bound by the Terms.
1.General
By using Vsupport services, the user accepts the following terms and conditions, including the instructions on our website, www.vsupport.support.
Information on www.vsupport.support, such as the “How to use?” section, are only recommendations and are not intended as guidelines. Vsupport is not liable or responsible for the actions of users or other individuals who have read or been informed of such information or other written material.
Vsupport undertake to follow all local tax legislation for the sale of digital signature and related products in the countries in which it operates, such as payment of VAT, if any applicable.
Vsupport reserves the right to change these terms any time.
2. Eligibility to buy online
By placing an order on Vsupport.support, the user confirms that he/she is at least 18 years of age.
Vsupport reserves the right to restrict users from buying on Vsupport.support if the user is not buying the products for his/her own purposes. Vsupport also reserves the right not to ship products to such users.
All prices on vsupport.support are subject to change without any notice.
3. Registering
Each user can only register once with his/her street address (P.O. boxes or similar arrangements are not permitted) and can only have one account. In addition, users must not provide misleading information on registering.
The chosen user name must not in any way be indecent, insulting or intended to deceive or mislead other users. Users are responsible for keeping their passwords confidential.
Vsupport reserves the right to change or terminate an account and annul purchases on that account at any time if the user is in breach of these terms.
4. All products bought are non-refundable
The user can purchase the product/item by using the "Buy Now" option subject to the refund policy of vsupport.support.
5. Paying for products
Products can be paid for by using a credit / debit card or netbanking facilitated by payment solution of DirecPay (A Times Group company) for domestic and PayPal for International. Vsupport reserves the right to stop delivery if the user does not render payment. Vsupport is not responsible for technical problems at the supplier of the payment solution.
Once an order is closed, the user goes to My Account for information on the total price and payment details. The buyer must also provide an accurate delivery address on the account before Vsupport can ship the product. After Vsupport has shipped the product, it will take a few days for it to reach the buyer in case of physical products.
6. Deliveries and returns
The product will be delivered to the address specified by the user under My Account. All technical service and product support matters must be taken up directly with the manufacturer according to their terms.
Refund policy applies only if Vsupport is unable to deliver the end product after placement of an order.
Vsupport cannot be held responsible for disruptions in operations and temporary unavailability of website
Vsupport’s service is normally always active, 10 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, due to circumstances beyond Vsupport’s control, the service may experience disruptions in operations. Vsupport is not responsible for the site becoming overloaded and the consequences thereof.

These terms and conditions are subject / governed by the laws of Republic of India. You hereby irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Ahmedabad , Gujarat, India.
8.Digital Signature Certificate / Tender Alert Service / Tender Support Service
Since this is a non-tangible irrevokable product, issued to a particular individual or company, we do not issue refunds once the order is processed.
However we do give refunds (in cases where valid documents were submitted, as per DSC documentation guidelines of the Certifying Authority) for the following highly unlikely events,
1. Non-delivery of the product within a maximum of 30 days.
2. Non-availablity of the product.
