About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to identify and onboard clients interested in government tenders. The candidate will focus on generating new business, pitching tender opportunities to potential clients, and ensuring higher participation in government tenders. Further, the candidate should have a strong background in B2B sales, lead generation, and tendering processes.
Key Responsibilities
- ✅ Identify and approach potential clients interested in government tenders
- ✅ Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online research
- ✅ Educate clients on government tender opportunities and procurement processes
- ✅ Build relationships with companies seeking government contracts
- ✅ Develop customized sales pitches for the clients interested
- ✅ Work with internal teams to support bidding processes
- ✅ Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- ✅ Stay updated on procurement trends, new tenders, and policies
Skills and Qualifications
- ✅ Minimum 1 year experience in Sales & Business Development (preferably tender domain)
- ✅ Understanding of e-tendering portals like GeM, CPPP, and state procurement websites
- ✅ Proven ability to generate leads and onboard clients interested in tenders
- ✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- ✅ Experience in tender consultancy or tender-based sales solutions
- ✅ Proficiency in MS Office
